$30 - $35 per hr
6 month extendable CONTRACT
Hybrid (mostly remote but will need to g onsite for orientation, job fairs etc) - Philadelphia, PA
Specific Responsibilities
- Assist recruiters in coordinating with candidates/staffing agency to schedule interviews (phone/onsite/Zoom) across multiple department/offices.
- Coordinate candidate Travel and reimbursement process
- Handle last-minute scheduling changes
- Update Req Report with pertinent information
- Post job openings in our ATS system, LinkedIn, Indeed and other job posting board.
- Attending recruitment meetings and update recruitment activities.
- Schedule reference check calls with hiring managers and recruiters as needed.
- Smooth over any other speed bumps in the hiring process.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or related area.
- 3 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator (NOT looking for recruiters)
- Biotech, pharma or medical device industry experience
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure, meets tight deadlines with a sense of urgency
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
